MyGunSpot.com’s classified ads connect buyers and sellers.  Sellers can post ads, and interested buyers can respond, all for free.

Generally speaking, it is unlawful to ship firearms directly from one person to another, so such transactions must be completed in person (in accordance with all applicable laws) or conducted through a properly licensed firearms dealer.  Be aware that some states restrict certain firearms and accessories, and you are responsible for knowing and obeying all applicable laws.  Do not buy/sell a gun or gun accessory unless you know that you are doing so lawfully.

You also agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred
